Overview
The Personal Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar appointments and travel arrangements
- Screen prioritize and respond to incoming communications
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings including agendas and necessary documentation
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as required
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Assist in personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Handle adhoc administrative and operational tasks effectively
- Provide administrative support to the executive office as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting Clevel executives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Professionalism and the ability to represent the CEO and the organization with integrity
