Overview:
The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in the human resources department contributing to the overall success of the organization. They are responsible for handling various HR functions and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and orientation
- Assisting in performance management processes
- Maintaining employee records and HRIS databases
- Handling employee relations counseling and exit interviews
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Organizing and managing employee training and development programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office
- Experience in Education field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
