Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of the companys products. This position is instrumental in bridging the gap between the product team and the marketing/sales team ensuring that the products value proposition is effectively communicated to the target audience. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the market identifying customer needs and creating compelling messaging and positioning for the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute gotomarket strategies for new products
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape
- Create messaging and positioning for products based on customer insights
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product launches and marketing campaigns
- Define and implement product marketing KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Create sales enablement tools and materials to support the sales team
- Lead productrelated marketing communication activities
- Manage the product lifecycle and make recommendations for product improvements
- Drive market adoption and penetration for existing products
- Conduct pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide market insights
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and use cases
- Support the development of marketing collateral including product datasheets whitepapers and case studies
- Participate in industry events and conduct product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales customer success and product management teams on a regular basis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
- Proven experience in product marketing or related roles
- Demonstrated success in driving product launches and marketing campaigns
