Your Responsibilities:
Building and optimising scalable processes to continue company s growth
Leading and executing (end to end) core process improvement projects
Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise and setting a
timeline to reach goals quickly
Running Agile ceremonies including sprint planning sprint retrospectives and
all the project analysis regarding sprint hygiene and reporting
Developing project workflows customisations and integrations to support
project management
Getting into the detail at an operational level supporting our technical teams
to deliver
Owning your sector and being the expert in customer and community
operations both internally and externally
Advocating the best outcome for customers internally
Experienced collaborating effectively with big and small globally distributed
teams.
The ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders and the ability to
understand their requirements.
Track record of providing strong project management and transparent
inclusive communication along the way.
Experience working in a fastpaced ever changing environment with a passion
for technology.
Your Experience:
Strong workshop leader and facilitator
5 years of experience in IT sector managing complex IT delivery & software
integration projects
2 year s experience running agile development practices uses the Atlassian
suite
Forming strong stakeholder relationships with a proven ability of influencing
negotiating and persuading internally and externally
Effective senior stakeholder management balancing and finding compromises
between opposing views and opinions.
Business partnering working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders
across a diverse operation delivering a valueadded service to business
customers.
Strong analytical approach to capturing business requirements documenting
them in a succinct manner.
Ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment
of strategic business goals and objectives.
Embracing and managing both business and IT change as necessary to help
shape future direction.
Ability to work under pressure. Identifies and contributes to the continual
improvement of analysis capability across the organisation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex
IT/technology solutions in a coherent manner
