Job Opening for Assistant Ecommerce Brand Manager to support our brand management team. The ideal candidate will assist in the overall management and growth of our ecommerce brand focusing on operational excellence marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and experience in ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities:
Support Brand Management: Assist the Brand Manager in executing strategic plans to drive brand
growth and achieve business objectives.
Established Relationship Across Platforms: Should have established relationships across platforms and channels.
Product Catalogue Maintenance: Ensure that all products are accurately listed on the ecommerce platform with uptodate information including attributes pricing and promotions.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Help negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers ensuring optimal product availability and pricing.
Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of orders.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and promotions that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales inventory and market data to provide insights and recommendations for product assortment pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Assist in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all ecommerce touchpoints.
Supply Chain Coordination: Support coordination with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels at different locations monitor customer Expected Delivery Dates (EDD) and improve fill rates.
Compliance: Ensure all ecommerce operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Operations Management or a related field.
Experience: At least 23 years of experience in ecommerce or brand management preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors.
Skills:
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work crossfunctionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and project management tools such
as Asana or Notion is a plus.
