ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a fulltime permanent position in a specialist manufacturing company located in Park Royal London.

Accounts Assistant The Offer

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.00pm. Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm. Work can also start at 7:00am through 16:00 M T and 7:00 to 11:30.

Starting Salary: ranging from 35000 to 40000 depending on experience

Paid Overtime

Year End bonus after a years service

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Company pension (5% employee & 3% employer)

Accounts Assistant The Role

Processing a high volume of purchase invoices

Preparing supplier payment runs

Supplier statement reconciliations

Credit control

Customer invoicing

Bank reconciliations

Control account reconciliations

Journal posting

Adhoc accounts and reporting duties

Accounts Assistant The Person

• Sound experience in a varied accounts role including strong reconciliation skills
  
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
  
• A driven and hardworking attitude
  
• Proficient in accounting software including Excel
  
• Ideally AAT level 3 qualified
