Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process.

Responsibilities:

. Overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met

. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

. Working closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards

. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process

. Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

13 years of experience in a production engineering role

Strong problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
