SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client provides financial solutions to diverse industries.
Scope
The Senior Finance Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing financial advice on mergers & acquisitions and investment opportunities liaising with clients and analyzing and developing financial models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update financial models.
- Develop detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis on various industries and companies to identify potential market opportunities and competition.
- Analyze past results identify trends and recommend improvements
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decisionmaking.
- Frequently report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Lead and manage other analysts.
- Attend meetings with clients when required.
- Frequently follow up with clients and business partners.
- Assist with respective regulatory filings and invoicing customers.

- A bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or similar fields of study.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the same or similar industry.
- Extensive work experience developing financial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Must be proactive and have strong attention to details.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
