Job Overview:
The Ad Content Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing online advertising content and business websites across a variety of platforms. This role involves evaluating ad texts ensuring adherence to client guidelines and maintaining high standards of accuracy in spelling and grammar. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of the online industry to enhance ad effectiveness while adhering to the company s policies and standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze Online Advertising Content:
- Review and assess various types of online advertising content including text ads banner ads and video ads to ensure they meet quality relevance and performance standards. Identify areas for improvement to align with client objectives.
- Evaluate Business Websites Across Products
- Analyze client websites to ensure their content layout and user experience meet industry best practices. Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize their visibility and effectiveness in digital marketing campaigns.
Construct and Modify Ad Texts:
- Develop and modify ad text and extensions based on your analysis to ensure they are compelling relevant and aligned with the clients goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ads reflect the overall strategy and target audience.
Maintain High Language Standards:
- Ensure all advertisements maintain excellent spelling grammar and punctuation. Ensure the tone and messaging are consistent with the client s brand and product offerings.
Ensure Ad Compliance:
- Verify that all advertising content adheres to platformspecific guidelines and legal regulations such as data privacy copyright and ethical advertising standards.
Meet Client Expectations:
- Work closely with clients to understand their advertising goals and expectations. Use your analysis to adjust and optimize content to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
Adhere to Policies and Procedures:
- Manage the quality of all tasks in strict alignment with the client s policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal standards ethical practices and the company s internal regulations.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on the performance of ad campaigns using analytics to determine the effectiveness of content. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work with various teams including marketing legal and IT to ensure seamless of advertising campaigns. Communicate effectively to align on strategies and project timelines.
Requirements
Educational Background and Required Skills
- A Bachelors degree (BA/BSc) in a relevant field is preferred but not essential. Candidates with equivalent work experience in digital marketing content analysis or a related field will also be considered.
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English:
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze critique and optimize advertising content in English.
- Understanding of the Online Industry:
Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape including SEO SEM and web navigation. Familiarity with website functionality usability and online customer behavior is essential.
- Attention to Detail:
Proven ability to maintain high attention to detail while working on multiple projects. Must be able to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement in advertising content.
- Intermediate I.T. Skills:
Competency in using a range of digital tools and platforms. Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technologies is required.
