As a Senior Commercial Analyst / Financial Analyst you ll support key business functions by delivering precise financial analysis and strategic insights. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate reporting while driving continuous improvement in processes. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to elevate their careers in the automotive industry.
Shift: Regular (Monday Friday 7 AM 4 PM)
Work Setup: Hybrid Metro Manila
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze variances in monthend results against budget and forecast.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of processes and systems across all areas of responsibility.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities for reporting and processes.
- Provide input to business improvement and development projects by analyzing trends and identifying the need for corrective actions or opportunities for continuous improvement.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budgets and regular monthly forecasts overseeing both revenue and costs.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to MRR seasonality and volumedriven products ensuring robust reporting by state.
- Continuously develop and enhance financial and nonfinancial KPIs and business drivers for inclusion in budget forecast and variance analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Review results and advise senior members on MRR trends cost anomalies and areas for profitability improvement.
- Act as a business partner with strategic stakeholders including the Head of Finance and ELT members.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team focusing on streamlining and automating processes.
- Support the development of bestinclass systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity including the use of CAA reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI and Adaptive Insights.
Commercial Initiatives:
- Utilize product financial and market data to inform recommendations for strategic focus and priorities.
- Support the analysis and preparation of associated business cases.
- Collaborate closely with Product Customer Experience Finance and Sales teams to align commercial opportunities with market needs.
- Analyze business performance across sales support and product functions to identify commercial areas of opportunity.

Essential:
- Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed decisionmaking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong skills in management accounting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization including Senior and Executive Management.
Desirable:
- Exposure to working with SAP.
- Knowledge of WorkDay Adaptive and Power BI.
Professional Memberships Certificates & Licenses:
Essential:
- Degreelevel qualification in a financerelated field.
Desirable:
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying towards it).
