Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to attract assess and onboard top talent.
- Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that align with organizational requirements.
- Advise on effective sourcing channels selection criteria and interview techniques.

- Advise on employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives recognition programs and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on performance evaluation best practices and continuous improvement.

- Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
