T E C H N I C A L D A B B L E R ( S U P P O R T T E C H )

We are looking for someone to join our Service Squad as a Support Technician or what we like to call aTechnical Dabbler
We arent even necessarily looking for someone who has worked in IT before This may be your first step into the IT world However its important that you have an underlying interest in technology and specifically within infrastructure and cloud technologies.
We are looking for someone who wants to begin and continue a career with us; at some pointdeveloping into a fully fledged technical consultant within Cloud Modern Work or Business Intelligence.
Examples of potential tasks/responsibilities:
Technical Dispatching: Being the first point of contact for incoming cases (either via phone or email) and providing topnotch customer service.
Basic troubleshooting related to hardware software and Microsoft services
Learning on the job and from other colleagues

We believe our dabblerhas:
A background in customer services or customer care
An interest in IT
A positive attitude
Sociable personality
It is a bonus if you have:
Any theoretical or practical knowledge of IT infrastructure
We also believe that you are a person who:
Has a passion for technology and a real interest in learning more
Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with colleagues
Happy to be a first point of call via email or telephone
Speaks fluent Swedish and English
Above all displays kindness in everything they do
