Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage daytoday HR operations including employee relations benefits administration performance management and workforce planning.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Polish labor laws and organizational standards.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for senior roles including job postings interviewing and onboarding. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues providing guidance on performance management conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance review processes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities comply with Polish labor laws GDPR regulations and internal policies. Handle issues related to employee contracts compensation and terminations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits programs including payroll coordination salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR data reports and analytics to support decisionmaking and track key HR metrics.
- Change Management: Lead or support HRrelated change initiatives including reorganizations mergers or new policy implementations.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives including surveys feedback sessions and action plans to improve organizational morale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in an HR role preferably in an international or Polish organization.
- Deep understanding of Polishlabor laws employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations talent acquisition performance management and policy implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior management and employees at all levels.
- Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken). Chinese and otherlanguages are a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
