Responsibilities:

• Provide oneonone emotional support to students.
• Monitor student behaviour and attendance implementing interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with parents teachers and external agencies to support students social and emotional development.
• Contribute to the development of the schools pastoral care system.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role or youth work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students.
• A clear DBS check.
