Job Description
Job Title: IT Consultant
Job Duration: 03 Months Contract on W2
Job Location: Medina OH
Provide technical support to employees for hardware software and network issues. Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and network equipment. Monitor and manage network security. Perform system updates and backups as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure all IT related issues are meant. Managing communication of SAP outages and notifications Handle internet and Ethernet system ups and downs including ports. Manage all network printers computers and laptops. Manage IT tickets with third party IT department to the best of your ability. Assist staff with accessing the IT portal to open tickets order equipment and create accounts. Partner with World Truck to work through server issues. Must be able to work from heights to complete needed job duties
