Job Summary:
1. The Systems Design & Architecture Engineer II will be responsible for leading the development of the latest generation of ECUs for Toyotas vehicles.
2. The role involves leading the review and development of Remote Service Specifications in line with the product vision and customer needs.
3. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to review and create Test Cases for Remote Services focusing on usability functionality and reliability.
4. The position requires overseeing the EndtoEnd design of Remote Services managing the integration of features and functionalities.
5. The engineer will perform initial triage for Remote Service Issues manage Remote Service tickets and prioritize tasks based on business value and customer impact.
6. The role involves planning and executing Joint Integrated Test (JIT) with other stakeholders to validate product performance and functionality.
7. The engineer should have proficiency in writing Remote Service Functional Specifications translating business requirements into actionable development tasks and writing Remote Service Test Cases.
8. The position requires proficiency in creating test plans guiding testing activities to meet quality standards and project timelines and leading team testing activities.
9. The engineer should be capable of conducting initial test triage activities identifying root causes and facilitating timely resolution.
10. Proficient use of testing equipment like CANoe is required to streamline testing processes and enhance product quality.
11. Automotive Infotainment/Communication Service experience is a must as well as Telematics & Remote Services experience.
