PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : To develop and implement effective sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities

6 Should regulary conduct innovative impactful yet cost effective demand generation activities which promotes oem and Beekay brand and also increases the consumption of parts and lubricants . and nbsp;
7 A person who manages his/her personal and household expenses well can effectively manage and control the running cost of business also . A business head is expected to keep a check on any unwanted costs and waste .
8 Simplicity and clarity of communication with team and customers is always needed for desired business results . and nbsp;
9 Should be well versed with terms working capital ROI Gross margin inventory turns channel financing reeivables ageing etc .
10 Needs to educate and convince customers to switch to channel funding digital mode of payment and ordering . and nbsp;

20 The key focus areas of distribution business is meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets and nbsp; daily and monthly billed customer target high efficient receiveables management earning cash discount earning the incentives and other discounts offered by and nbsp;OEM inventory management and gt;90% FFR and supplies within shortest possible time .
21 Buisness Unit head is also responsible for gross margin ( operating profit ) which can be improved by a healthy mix of customers products and regular data analysis along with the help of finance team / CFO . and nbsp;
22 Most Important : Religious adherence of sales process financial guidelines and company code of conduct by self and team and nbsp;
23 A business that just makes profits but does not gets any recognition for the people and organisation is not a good business . Getting awarded by OEM in Distributor meets and confrences is extremely important . and nbsp;
24 Coordinate for miscelanious administartive jobs for HO team as and when required.
