Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor to lead customer service and a motivated sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that sales targets are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a passion for footwear a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt friendly and knowledgeable service
- Monitor customer service levels and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets
- Encourage upselling and crossselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing wellstocked and organized
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of products including features benefits and latest trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience required preferably in footwear or fashion
- Proven track record in customer service and sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Be able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Have a strong passion for customer service and building relationships
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Flexible with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
