Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The Drafter will be responsible for creating and optimizing CAD designs and CAM programs for CNC machining processes. This role requires proficiency in CAD/CAM software and understanding of CNC machining techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CAD designs and CAM programs for CNC machining.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create detailed technical drawings and tool paths.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Review and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications to produce accurate designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Modify and update existing designs and programs to reflect changes in project specifications.
- Perform quality checks on CAD/CAM outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Drafting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a drafter CAD/CAM Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software with experience in Mastercam highly advantageous.
- Understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design and programming.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing requirements.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEDT) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Skills / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) is preferred. At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. Demonstrated experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Familiarity with Total Synergy Software is advantageous. Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or professional services industry is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
