Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Your strong English communication skills and sales experience will be essential in handling both inbound and outbound calls resolving customer issues and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally providing exceptional customer service and support.
Use your sales experience to promote and upsell company products and services during interactions.
Address customer inquiries complaints and requests efficiently ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Document call details customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets as set by the company.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong track record in sales.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated experience with inbound and outbound calls in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude strong work ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
