Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid Makati (with flexibility of WFH)

Task Tackler: Conquer IT Challenges

  • Act as a customer advocate by responding promptly to requests for technical assistance in person via phone or electronically.
  • Install and support user licensing including Azure AD M365 & Office 365 MS Teams SNOW and corporate apps and configure web gateways.
  • Follow standard Level 1 and 2 service desk procedures escalating to Level 3 if necessary.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues both onsite and by phone.
  • Research solutions using available information resources.
  • Advise users on appropriate actions including providing education when needed.
  • Log all service desk interactions and document issue resolutions using the ITSM system.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware software resources and parts.
  • Administer ITSM software.
  • Identify and effectively prioritize situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Track and route problems and requests documenting resolutions.
  • Stay current with system information changes and updates.
  • Guide users with simple stepbystep instructions both on the phone and via remote technologies.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
  • Provide permissions for mailboxes and calendars.
  • Create and disable AD accounts and update distribution lists (DLs).
  • Provide network drive permissions.
  • Support remote users.
  • Adhere strictly to all LAB3 s Information Security Management System policies and procedures.

  • IT Service Desk Practices: Proficiency in IT service desk operations and best practices.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Experience with desktop and notebook hardware and software.
  • Device Management: Knowledge of Windows desktops and notebooks as well as iOS devices in a networked environment.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Familiarity with Office 365 Teams SharePoint OneDrive Exchange AD and Outlook.
  • Autopilot and Intune: Experience with Autopilot and Intune.
  • SCCM/SOE: Proficiency with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Standard Operating Environments (SOE).
  • Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP networking and related network services (e.g. DNS SMTP DHCP).
  • Hardware Configuration: Experience with configuring and supporting desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
  • Active Directory: Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration.
  • Onsite Support: Preferred experience in providing onsite support.
  • Outlook and Exchange: Familiarity with Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows Linux and HyperV.
  • WiFi Devices: Experience with WiFienabled devices.
  • ServiceNow: Familiarity with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management tool.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with Nagios monitoring tools.
  • KQL: Knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL).
  • SQL Scripting: Proficiency in SQL scripting.
  • Windows Operating Systems: Experience with Windows OS versions XP 7 8 10 and 11.
  • Microsoft Office Suites: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites (and Office 365).
  • Azure AD and Exchange: Knowledge of Azure AD and Exchange environments.
  • Windows Server and Exchange: Experience with Windows Server and Exchange (2003/2008/2010/2012).
  • Backup Systems: Familiarity with backup systems and software (AvePoint & Azure).
