- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
