Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather document and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements documents use cases and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and scripts as well as coordinating testing efforts.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems and processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Desired Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT consulting or technologyfocused environment.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
- Prior experience in a clientfacing role with an understanding of customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Experience working with the Government would be a bonus
