We are looking for a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as a Banking Operations professional. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the banking industry and a strong understanding of banking operations.
Responsibilities:
. Process and handle various banking transactions
. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
. Assist customers with their banking needs and provide excellent customer service
. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance business or related field
13 years of experience in banking operations
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Detailoriented and organized with strong problemsolving abilities
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office suite
