Job Description
Open Position: Senior Manager Software Development (Fintech Company)
A Fintech Company is currently hiring a Senior Manager Software Development to join them in the Selangor office.
- Holds a Degree in Computer Science Engineering or in any related field
- Proven experience in leading Software Development team with over 5 years management experience
- Leading the development team in the design development coding testing and debugging of applications
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop short and longterm strategies for developing scalable software products and services ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and company objectives
- Responsible for communicating with executives and stakeholders which requires the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms effectively
- Possess extensive experience in developing deploying and integrating software solutions
- Having knowledge of SOA architecture and design on microservices rest services development and etc would be added advantage
- Able to manage projects requiring excellent organizational skills and abilities
