Job Description

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant you will:
  • Leverage your rich experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Create and manage HR catalog items categories and services to streamline HR operations.
  • Work on catalog UI policies and client scripts to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Configure and implement HR services case creation processes and workflows to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Redesign process flows and forms based on new business requirements ensuring optimized and scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain HR profiles document templates and PDF templates for consistent HR service delivery.
  • Work on the Employee Service Portal and other employeefacing interfaces ensuring seamless integration with HR services.
  • Implement and document technical solutions for HR catalog items and case management processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 5 years of handson experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules including catalog items UI policies and client scripts.
  • Expertise in configuring HR case creation onboarding processes payroll services and HR assignment rules.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR templates HR case templates and HR criteria.
  • Familiarity with ITSM reporting and integrations in ServiceNow with the ability to bridge HRSD and ITSM functions.
  • Strong understanding of HRrelated workflows including matching rules and assignment configurations.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer and CIS in HRSD module.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Configure and optimize HR workflows ensuring alignment with business needs and improving overall efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRSDrelated issues independently adhering to SLAs and ensuring firstcall resolution.
  • Provide oncall escalation support and handle L3level support for complex issues and incidents.
  • Mentor and train junior team members and new hires contributing to the knowledge base and internal training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Contribute to proposals and service improvement plans driving business outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
