As an OpenText AppWorks Developer you will:

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
  
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews establish and oversee quality assurance processes and optimize performance while implementing best practices and coding standards to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
  
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module participate in technical discussions and act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies including evaluating technical alternatives supporting architecture best practices identifying technical risks and breaking down projects into components with estimations.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables and prepare status reports to minimize exposure and manage escalations effectively.
