Job Description
As an OpenText AppWorks Developer you will:
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews establish and oversee quality assurance processes and optimize performance while implementing best practices and coding standards to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Ensure process compliance in the assigned module participate in technical discussions and act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies including evaluating technical alternatives supporting architecture best practices identifying technical risks and breaking down projects into components with estimations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables and prepare status reports to minimize exposure and manage escalations effectively.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience with OpenText AppWorks and other related platforms particularly within Customer Experience PlatformContent Management and Portals & Content domains.
- Strong knowledge of best practices coding standards and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid experience in conducting code reviews and managing quality assurance processes.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams enhancing overall productivity.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and preparing clear and concise status reports.
You should possess the ability to:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills especially in technical discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
