You ll resolve customer issues handle Azurerelated problems and manage migrations with expertise. • Resolve customer issues via calls and Azure troubleshooting.
  
• Handle Azurerelated problems and escalate to Level 2 support as needed.
  
• Perform Azure migrations and manage related tasks.
  
• Apply data management and analysis skills to support Azure operations.
  
• Administer PowerBI including managing permissions and workspaces.
  
• Utilize Bash PowerShell and other scripting skills for automation and problemsolving.
  
• Manage code through GitHub and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Leverage networking knowledge including routing subnets and packet travel.
  

Requirements

The Code to Success: Essential Credentials

• 35 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Azure technologies.
  
• Strong expertise in Azure Migrate and performing migrations (preferred).
  
• Proficient in onpremises infrastructure including servers.
  
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (routing subnets and packet travel).
  
• AZ104 certification or equivalent with strong general Azure knowledge.
  
• Experience with PowerBI administration (permissions workspaces etc.).
  
• Background in Bash PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  
• Familiarity with GitHub code management and CI/CD practices.
  
• Experience with Azure migrations is highly desirable.
  
• Additional certifications in Azure or related technologies.
