They serve B2B clients helping them streamline compliance workflows. They are based in South Africa and as a growing startup they are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as their Head of Sales.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in enterprise sales.
- Startup experience or the ability to adapt in a fastpaced evolving environment where you may be required to wear multiple hats.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Financial services and compliance background is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Responsibilities
- Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients in industries that require KYC solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales process and align with company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Initially manage individual sales efforts with plans to grow and lead a sales team in the future.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
