Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive exceptional service delivery. This role involves leading a team of client service professionals ensuring client satisfaction and managing the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a customercentric approach and a track record of improving client retention and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the client services team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for highprofile clients addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in client services or account management with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
Compensation:
- Salary: $80000 $100000 per year commensurate with experience.
