Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Product Manager to lead the development and management of our financial products. This role involves overseeing product lifecycle strategizing market positioning and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance product management and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for financial products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and technology to deliver product enhancements.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and postlaunch performance evaluation.
- Monitor product performance metrics and make datadriven decisions for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets products and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
