About the RoleWere looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our fastgrowing team in Bolzano. As a key member of our development team you will play a critical role in designing and implementing key features for H2LLO Smart our CO2 emission and reporting platform ensuring scalability performance and reliability.We are looking for people skilled in Python AWS React and Postgresql are musts as detailed in the tech stack below. Experience in C Node and Express is highly values and seen as a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable highperformance web applications.
Implement both frontend and backend components ensuring smooth integration.
Work closely with the CTO to define technical requirements and deliver new features.Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
Write clean maintainable code and contribute to the teams best practices.
Collaborate with the team to solve complex challenges and improve the user experience.
Participate in code reviews testing and continuous integration.
Requirements
Strong experience in fullstack development (JavaScript TypeScript Node.js React etc.).
Solid knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Node.js Express Python or similar).
Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with databases (Postgres preferred) and working with cloud environments (preferably AWS).
Familiarity with API design and RESTful services.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
A passion for clean tech and building sustainable solutions.
Strong problemsolving skills and highly motivated and proactive with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently
Nice to Have
Experience with IoT systems or largescale data processing.
Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD Docker Kubernetes).
Previous experience in a startup environment.
Example sites that you have worked on that you can show us the design & code of.
We are looking for a new teammate to join us in our offices in Bolzano. We welcome meeting people who do not live in Bolzano but are willing to (and like to) travel to the city at least once a month. Additionally the main language spoken in our teamis English Italian is not mandatory.

We area cleantech startup dedicated to Building the Road to Net Zero for European road transport. Founded in London in 2021 we areheadquartered at NOI Techpark in Bolzano Italy. With significant European grant funding secured were expanding rapidly and growing our technical team to drive the next phase of our development. The commercial team of 3 is based in Bolzano and current developers are based in Ukraine.
Il Progetto
We are developing a globally certified platform that provides full carbon visibility for the transport and logistics sector positioning ourselves as a key driver of the green transition in Europe. It is a CO2 emission measurement and reporting platform for transport and logistics sector to start accounting for their carbon footprint and supporting their customers to remain compliant with the EU CSRD regulations. Weve already developed MVPs and conducted pilot projects.

Our platform empowers businesses to accurately track manage and report their carbon emissions driving sustainability and compliance in the industry.
