Real estate and infrastructure contribute to 44% of global CO2 emissions and at the given speed its expected to cost the worlds financial sector $24.2tn making it one of the most critical sectors to tackle the #climatechange problem. Our platform automates the measurement of scope 1 2 and 3 carbon emissions for operating assets and embodied carbon for underconstruction assets.
Its a AIenabled SAAS platform that helps real estate asset managers owners and developers track their emissions and design their decarbonisation journey.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Leader with a strong background in SaaS and experience working with startups. This role is ideal for someone who has experience scaling startups and is looking to bring their expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage a team of developers fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. This includes conducting regular oneonone meetings providing feedback and facilitating team discussions.
• Independently work on development tasks and contribute to the codebase. This includes writing clean maintainable code and conducting code reviews.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and build scalable architectures for cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure. This involves designing and implementing robust scalable systems and ensuring the systems security and stability.
• Work on web and mobile application development. This includes frontend and backend development API design and development and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Should be able to assist and interlock with the product team in the complete lifecycle of the product from scoping to delivering the requirements; MVPs to Beta/Stable Product Releases; Hotfixes Releases to Optimizations
• Must look into newer technologies and stacks available to best fit for current and future challenges for growth and development
• Includes driving the security best practices to meet the required code vulnerabilities SLAs
• Must foster modular reusable secure scalable feature designs
• You will analyse project briefs identify risks and required resources create work schedules and write progress reports

Skills and Experience:

• 68 years of experience in a similar role or field. This includes experience in a leadership role working in a startup environment and scaling startups
• Were specifically looking for individuals who are selfstarters proactive and thrive in fastpaced environments
• Strong Handson experience with Node.js React Nest Next.
• Must have some handon Experience with Python django and/or flask framework
• Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres MySQL MongoDB Neo4j TSDB/Influx.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools and must have worked on docker kubernetes gitops
• Experience with external integrations with thirdparty applications both onpremises and on cloud.
• Must have hands on experience in working on Cloud Services like Google Cloud Amazon Web Services or Azure

Good to Have:

• Exposure to big data pipelines and datalake / managed table like Clickhouse
• Experience in AI / LLMs / Langchains / Llama Index is a big plus
