1. Accounts Receivable:
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
Ensure timely payment from customers
Resolve payment discrepancies and customer complaints
2. Accounts Payable:
Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
Manage and maintain accurate records of vendor accounts
3. General Ledger Maintenance:
Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
Reconcile general ledger accounts
4. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Provide financial analysis and insights to management
5. Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify and mitigate financial risks
7. Team Support:
Provide financial support and guidance to the management team
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero)
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Role: Electrical Engineer Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Need to Handle heavy equipment electrical maintenance operation and troubleshooting Knowledge about Forward and reverse motor control wiring and star delta control wiring Knowledge in Star, delta control wiring for panels.
