- Make sure all the transaction that relate to the claims matters is right on the record side and the arrangement for settle down.
- Responsible in the customer service for any enquiries about the claims matters from different communication platform.
- Collaborate and negotiate with the logistic partners for any matters that is claim relevant.
- In charge of the quotation invoices and other things from the ARC.
- Take charge of the reporting that required by the top management.
- Involve in the daily business operation to seek for any further improvement and ensure everything is going smooth.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in academic study.
- At least 2 years working experience in insurance industry and any equivalent work field.
- Adaptable in the fast paced environment and comfortable in working independently customer focused result oriented and selfdisciplined.
- Possess of the person character in multitasker future vision and always meet the target as set by top management.
- Flexible in working day (i.e. Weekends PH etc) for the shift purpose.
- Good in communication leadership influences and fully focus on the target result.
