Accounts Payable Analyst (P2P / Procurement)
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst on behalf of our client in the mining and metals industry. Based in Montr al this role will be part of a global team focused on enhancing the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across multiple time zones with reporting lines into India and play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Payable queries via the Service Now platform ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Process and post invoices using SAP while adhering to compliance requirements.
Manage vendor payments reconciliations and expense management queries.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders aiming for high customer satisfaction.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on escalations and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Provide endtoend solutions to improve the P2P service desks efficiency and identify areas for process improvements.
Handle inbound calls via the P2P concierge helpline and resolve customer queries.
Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.
What you will need to succeed:
24 years of experience in Accounts Payable including invoice processing vendor payments reconciliations and P2P service desk support.
Proficiency with SAP and ticketing systems like Service Now or RTTMS.
Strong stakeholder management communication and problemsolving skills.
Bilingual in English and French to communicate with both Englishspeaking and Frenchspeaking clients.
Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
Flexibility to work in a global environment supporting various time zones and shifts.
Ability to work from the Montreal office at least 2 days per week.
A proactive processimprovement mindset with experience in delivering service excellence.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
