Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist
Our client a company specializing in the sale service and rental of office equipment as well as digital archiving solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist. This key role will allow you to contribute to the financial management of the company by ensuring meticulous tracking of transactions and optimizing accounting processes.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $24 to $27 based on experience.
Permanent fulltime position with flexible hours.
Adaptable workweek: 40 hours or 32 hours per week depending on your preference.
Choice of number of days: option to work 4 or 5 days per week.
Flexible schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm as per your convenience.
Location: onsite work in Ville SaintLaurent.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable.
Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable.
Data entry verification and recording in GL accounts.
Monitoring of account statements and analysis of financial reports.
Collection of received payments and management of deposits.
Production of financial documents and periodic reports.
Related administrative tasks.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree in accounting finance or a related field.
Relevant experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Proficient in Microsoft environment especially Excel.
Knowledge of an accounting software such as Acomba.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Initiative organized and capable of adapting to changes.
Analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transaction management.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Bilingual in English and French to handle financial documents and reports in both languages.
