Meticulous and selfmotivated Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating highquality leads daily working across various projects as per demand. The candidate will use various tools and techniques to find qualified leads that meet specific project criteria within set timelines.
How your day will look like:
- Generate quality leads daily to meet departmental goals.
- Work on various projects as needed adjusting techniques and focus based on projectspecific demand.
- Utilize a wide range of tools databases and tech platforms to find potential leads.
- Adhere to specific lead criteria and timelines provided for each project.
- Ensure all leads are qualified unique and accurately entered into our database.
- Crosscheck the collected lead data for accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools that can enhance efficiency and lead quality.
- Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
- Provide at least two opportunities for improvement to the department per evaluation period to foster continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a lead generation sales or marketing role preferred.
- Proficiency with lead generation tools and software.
- Strong IT background.
- Strong research and analytical skills to ensure highquality leads.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills.
