We are hiring Sr. Business Development Associate (EdTech B2C) for our client based in Bengaluru Karnataka.

Experience Required: 3 6 Years

Working Days: 5 Days/Week

• As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing techlandscape.
  
• With a customercentric approach you will qualify their career goals and identify how Scalar can help them.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• 46 years of work experience in sales business development and / or IT services.
  
• An undergraduate degree in any stream. Preferred stream B.Tech.
  
• Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• A passion for sales and target achievement.
  
• Preliminary knowledge of LSQ.

Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and preparing long-term financial plans. Experience in tax planning and optimization. Expertise in performing reconciliation processes. Skills in monitoring and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. Strong cash flow management skills with the ability to prepare weekly/monthly projected cash flows.
