Job Description
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and project-related mobility/willingness to travel domestically and international
- Self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles - you should be comfortable with all three of these)
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions
- Familiar with the Agile method, as well as the Change Management (OCM) method, approaches, and deliverables
