Overall experience of more than 5 years hands-on experience of implementing change management solutions across multiple technology enabled programs
Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Change Strategy, Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; and Training
Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and project-related mobility/willingness to travel domestically and international
