Store Manager Job
We are recruiting for an awardwinning grocery retail business located on the outskirts of Cork City. A modern spacious grocery retail store with a strong deli offering and full convenience shop. We are seeking a passionate retailer who can drive results and get the best from this store.
Our client will offer a salary starting fromDOE including other perks.

Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives
- Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising customer service and hygiene that reflects well on the groups reputation
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Must be a proven and experienced Retail Grocery Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail food environment.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them such as deli chargehands Assistant Managers and Supervisors and other senior staff.
- Commercially astute looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape and managing costs effectively and using your supplier network to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law.
