Job Summary: The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top sales talent for the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of sales roles including business development account management and sales leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for roles such as sales representatives account managers business development managers and sales leaders.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with sales hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role including sales targets skills and team dynamics.
- Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection within the sales field.
- Regularly update hiring managers on the progress of open positions and provide insights on the candidate market.

Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the company its sales strategies and the specific role they are applying for.
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and the availability of sales talent.

- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to promote the companys employer brand within the sales community.
- Represent the company at industry events job fairs and networking functions to attract top sales talent.
- Create and share content that highlights the companys culture values and career opportunities in sales on various platforms.

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activities candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Use datadriven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and decisionmaking.

Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in preparing compliance reports such as EEO1 and other regulatory filings as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Sales or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes including business development account management and sales leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sales positions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
