Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Dutchspeaking)

Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 1300 per month
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 15%

Role Overview:
Join a leading ecommerce platform as a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Specialist in Thessaloniki. Be part of a growing team handling inbound communications focusing on providing exceptional aftersales support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls chats and emails from consumers and partners focusing on aftersales support.
- Address inquiries related to orders product details invoicing and complaints.
- Utilize approximately six internal and external tools for efficient service delivery.
- Handle escalated contacts concerning delivery status lost items payment issues warranties and partner issues.
- Opportunity to become crossskilled across all communication channels and roles including mentoring and training positions.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel proficiency in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
- Strong technical skills and ability to use multiple tools.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Adaptability to manage various customer concerns and scenarios.
Training and Support:
- Comprehensive training over six working days.
