Job Description
Do you want to become part of an experienced and highly motivated team Atfinity is a leading Swiss software provider in the automation business for banks and fintechs in Switzerland Europe and abroad. Our AI rule engine allows companies to create scalable process apps fast and easy. Without writing a single line of code we deliver great customer experiences for very challenging processes like onboarding of new clients or performing KYC.
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Developer (12 months internship) to join our team in Zrich (Switzerland) and support our sales teams globally. The role focuses on identifying and prioritising target markets and companies conceptually improving our outreach process and testing these improvements managing CRM data supporting sales with pitches and offers and collaborating closely with sales leadership.
Tasks
- Identifying target markets (for Atfinitys software)
- Identifying target companies
- Analysing our prospect outreach process suggest and implement improvements test these improvements
- Create and maintain target companies in our CRM
- Screen news sources to identify target markets / companies
- Assess the target companies according to priority
- Prepare company lists to be contacted by sales team
- Various sales support tasks such as preparing pitches and offers
- Collaborate with the head of sales and the management team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
- Diligence quick comprehension ability to identify and understand target markets quickly selfmotivated
- Good understanding of the decision processes in companies preferably in financial institutions
- Fixed commitment for 12 months
