Job Description
Role: Business Analyst & Scrum Master DATA
Designation: Sr. Business Analyst
Experience: 6 9 Yrs
Work Location: Hyderabad Telangana
Qualification: Business degree or Graduation/ Post graduation in computer science Information Systems or related field.
Experience Required
- Strong expertise in Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies.
- Experience working with at least one ETL project one Data Migration project one Data Visualization project as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Exposure/ Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) is good to have.
- Experience working on any cloud platform AWS Azure or GCP as a Business Analyst
- Hands on with Jira Confluence MS Visio MS PPT Word Excel Business process/ flow chart diagrams etc.
- Hands on with SQL and any visualization tool (Power BI Tableau etc.)
- Experience with any of the industry verticals Pharma Lifesciences BFSI (Banking Financial & Insurance) Healthcare or Retail.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills and able to write detailed functional and technical user stories.
- Experience performing Scrum Master role on at least one project.
What will you get to do in this role
- Be a face to the Customer and create confidence by speaking business language.
- Direct interaction with Client/ Client s Business functions Product Owners for requirements gathering product knowledge drafting user stories (functional integration technical nonfunctional etc.).
- Clearly articulate and highlight the dependencies between stories and technical implementations.
- Drive delivery teams (Design Dev QA etc.) to ensure everyone has same interpretation of requirements gathered from client.
- Experience performing functional/ user acceptance testing along with Product owners and Client s business functions including creation of Business / System acceptance scenarios.
- Building collaterals related to industry verticals creating business processes and functional maps.
- Understand and analyse data to identify patterns and trends.
- Understanding of data driven recommendations reports and findings
- Able to drive requirements process via any delivery methodology (primarily Agile)
- Able to conduct requirement grooming sessions with internal / external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the QA team in Test Case review and Defect Triage Meetings
- Able to do POC s and help with solutioning and Presales working with Architects and Leadership Team.
