Job Description
Overview:
The Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. They are responsible for translating user needs and business goals into innovative and engaging digital experiences. The role is essential in ensuring that our products are intuitive aesthetically appealing and functional ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design guidelines
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback
- Advocate for the importance of design in product development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Demonstrated portfolio of design projects highlighting UI/UX principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research including user interviews and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of frontend development and responsive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
