Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract retain and develop top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding orientation programs and probation completion and confirmations.
- Facilitate performance assessment processes including setting objectives performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Utilizing various methods such as job boards social media networking referrals and other online platforms to find potential candidates for open positions.
- Reviewing resumes conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process providing timely feedback and addressing candidates questions.
- Assisting in salary negotiations presenting job offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Staying updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring that the recruitment process adheres to relevant labor laws and company policies.
General HR Support:
- Provide general HR support including managing employee records handling HR documentation and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management (25 years preferred) in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices payroll systems and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fulltime position Officebased role.
- Standard office hours with some flexibility required.
