• Interact with the client collect financial and operational information
• Coordinating between lenders and borrowers for all activities such as exchange of information all pre and post sanction formalities including project assessment issuance of term sheet negotiation with various parties and providing assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement.
• Ensuring successful assignment completion within timeliness and maintaining effective coordination with clients banks financial institutions non banking financial companies ARC AIF and HNI.
• Assisting clients in preparation of detailed proposals to banks/financial institutions as per prescribed formats.

• Robust understanding of preparing and reviewing financial statements with the ability to analyze Balance sheets and provide solutions to clients.
• A thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from a lending perspective evaluating business models and other factors for credit facilities and preparing CM data/projections and project reports/information memorandums.
• Maintaining excellent relationship with banks and financial institutions.
• Updating RBI guidelines applicable to banks for loans credit provisioning and resolution of stressed assets.
