Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Location: Bangalore India (Night Shift)

Client: USbased Fortune 500 Telecommunications Company

As a Reporting Analyst you will play a key role in driving our clients customer experience strategy by turning data into actionable insights. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze customer behaviors create predictive models and help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What Youll Do:

Analyze & Predict: Use your analytical skills to understand customer behavior and develop predictive models.

Impact Decisions: Your insights will directly influence customer retention and business growth.

Collaborate: Work with data science product and customer experience teams to drive results.

Tell Stories with Data: Present clear datadriven reports that make an impact using the latest tools.

What Were Looking For:

2 years of experience in data analysis in the telecommunication vertical

Strong skills in Python R SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau Excel etc.)

Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling

Excellent communication skills to share insights with nontechnical teams

A collaborative spirit and a passion for solving problems with data
